For customers

One post. Several offers. No chasing quotes.

  1. Say what you need

Pick a category, describe the job, set a budget and a date. Verify your mobile number once with an SMS code.

  2. Put down a small, refundable deposit

S$10, S$30 or S$50 depending on your budget. It shows businesses you're serious, and it's applied to the price when you hire.

  3. Compare offers and hire

Verified businesses send fixed-price offers with ratings, reply times and what's included. Chat, counter, or hire in one tap.

  4. Pay into escrow, release when done

Your money is held safely until you approve the work. Big jobs can be split into milestones you fund one at a time.

For businesses

Find customers before your rivals do.

Your home screen is a lead radar, not an inbox. Every lead is a real, phone-verified customer who has already put money down.

  1. See fresh leads in your categories

Budget, area, deadline and how many slots are left, at a glance. Search by job, place or keyword.

  2. Pitch with tokens

Tokens cost S$1 to S$1.50 each. Bid a few extra to rank higher: the top two offers are featured. Each request takes at most six pitches.

  3. Get paid from escrow

When the customer approves, payment is released with the success fee deducted, then paid out to your PayNow or bank account.

New businesses start with 20 free tokens.

Fair ranking

Bidding helps. A better offer wins.

Ad Rank = tokens bid × quality

Quality runs from 0.5 to 1.5, so a clearly better offer can't be outbid cheaply.

40%

Rating from completed Fastworks jobs.

40%

Price fit: how well the offer matches the customer's budget.

20%

Reply speed: how quickly you answer customers.

Trust & safety

Built so both sides can rely on it.

Verified customers

Every customer verifies a Singapore mobile number by SMS before posting. One number, one account.

Verified businesses

Businesses register with their UEN before they can pitch or withdraw earnings.

Escrow on every job

Payments by PayNow, card or Apple Pay through Stripe. Released only when the customer approves, or automatically after 14 days if they don't respond.

Refunds and mediation

Ask for a refund on any milestone. If you can't agree, a Fastworks mediator reviews the case and decides.

Customers post for a deposit. Businesses pay to compete.

S$10–50

Refundable customer deposit, set by budget. Refunded in full if you cancel before anyone pitches.

S$1–1.50

Per token for businesses. Packs of 10, 50 or 200; bigger packs cost less per token.

3–8%

Success fee by category, deducted only when a payment is released. No subscription.

Questions

Good to know

Is posting a job free?

Posting needs a small refundable deposit (S$10, S$30 or S$50 depending on your budget). It's applied to the price when you hire, and refunded in full if you cancel before any business pitches. If you cancel after businesses have pitched, the deposit is kept, because they've spent tokens on your request.

How fast will I get offers?

Businesses pitch during a 30-minute bidding round. Then the top-ranked offer gets a 2-hour exclusive window where you can accept it straight away, after which every offer is shown.

When does the business get paid?

When you approve the work. If you don't respond, payment releases automatically after 14 days. The business's earnings are then held for 5 days before they can be withdrawn.

What if something goes wrong?

Request a refund on the milestone. The business can accept or decline; if declined, either side can open a dispute, which freezes the payment until a Fastworks mediator decides: a full refund, a split, or payment to the business.

Which services are on Fastworks?

Home services, interior design, movers, insurance, dental, legal, and an "Others" category for anything else, from photography to catering.
